I purchased this unit on July 3 and it took three time being ordered before I received a refrigerator that was not damaged on the side. You shipping packaging leaves much to be desired. Lowe’s stated your company is the only manufacturer that does not ship refrigerators in a sturdy box! Consequently the unprotected sides are dented in the shipping process. Because you shrink wrap the refrigerator the plastic residue is very hard to remove from the seams on the doors. I will never purchase a refrigerator from Whirlpool again.

It is much roomier than the size indicates we had a larger refrigerator that died and this one actually seems larger, we really are very satisfied with it.

The convient milk in door is my favorite feature of all. Roomy, things aren't pushed to back.Slideable side to side drawer very clever. The black finish nice compliment to my kitchen. The extra cubic inch makes a difference.
