Issue with Home Depot - Refrigerator Dropped

I purchased this refrigerator on June 24th from Home Depot. It was delivered in early July with the back frame of the refrigerator was dented and the wheel was 2 inches up into the unit. As a result the refrigerator would not run without adding shims to level it out - the delivery guy put the shims under it and blamed it on our unlevel cabin floor. We have spoken with Home Depot several times over the last 3 months and showed them pictures, but Home Depot says you need to contact them in the first 48 hours. Unfortunately this refrigerator was delivered to our cabin and we were unable to know of its damage until several weeks later. Home Depot first contacted Whirlpool directly and told us that Whirlpool will not replace our refrigerator with a new, undamaged one and only offered us a 10% discount. Home Depot also said that they actually do not touch the product in the delivery process so they are not responsible. We just want an undamaged refrigerator. Two weeks ago we met with Home Depot again to get this resolved and now their answer is to have it repaired through the Whirlpool warranty. An authorized Whirlpool appliance repairman came and told us that it is structurally damaged and it is very apparent that the refrigerator was dropped somewhere in the warehouse or delivery truck. At this time we have not heard an update. Can you please replace our new but damaged refrigerator with a new and undamaged one? Thank you for your help.
