It is a good refrigerator. It is my second one. The first one had a leak in the Freon and I didn’t buy the warranty. It was 3 years old. I felt they should have fixed it. But no. It was a problem on the inside I did nothing to break it. They said it is a common problem. So buy the extra warranty.

We have had this refrigerator for a month now. Even though we turned the freezer up as high as the settings will allow, out ice cream is always is soft. The front never looks clean, even after just finished cleaning

Too early to know if this appliance is reliable long term. Does make a strange noise at times when it comes on. Loud noise in door hinge a few days after delivery was stopped when delivery guys came back, removed door and removed very small pieces, may have been metal. Had to remove the metal strip on the compartment in door that lifts up, kept falling out when lifting out tall containers placed there.
