I purchased this refrigerator three months ago and it has never been right. It freezes the food in the refrigerator and thaws the food in the freezer. I have been on the phone for hours with whirlpool trying to get this corrected under warranty and the service company they use by the name of platinum will not honor the time frames that whirlpool assigned to me. I have asked for time off work for those time frames and it really causes a lot of issues when platinum service will not honor them. I give this one star due to the amount of food I’ve thrown out the time Ive on the phone and the lack of customer service between whirlpool and Platinum. Note all high star ratings on this the reviewer received free product tot review it
