I bought this a few months ago, was not cooling so I had to call out service tech. He replaced the thermometer and a sensor system in the back of the refrigerator, It woks correctly now. It would not get below 40 degrees. when it was first delivered, turn it to coldest setting and it did not help. I have the stainless steel finish, it shows smudges and finger prints very easily and is soft so it scratches very easy. Hard to believe I bought a brand new unit and had to call for service the first week because it would not cool.

i have two of these fridges ones in my house, other in a rental. one works amazingly the other hasn't been able to maintain temps and and ice machone barley functions.

i've owned several ss refrigerators and i've never had a problem with denting. i've had this frig for less than a year and it now has 7 small dents. they are not built to handle every day use.

refrigerator would not cool below 45 degrees in the first week, they replaced sensor and now it is working. disappointed that i loss food refrigerator not working correctly and food spoiled

This refrigerator is 11 months old. We have had constant temperature problems and now the open door alarm will not stop. After doing all the troubleshooting is still going off. How poor must manufacturing processes and quality control be for a major appliance to completely fail after less than one year? We are a family of two. Completely unacceptable and Samsung service is the absolute worst.
