deli drawer a BIG problem

I bought this model in September 2018. I waited until November 2018 for delivery. Almost immediately the deli drawer fell off of the plastic track it slides in and out on! For months the deli drawer sat on the shelf below while we waited for the repair person to replace the parts. Finally in early 2019, the parts were replaced, but the problem was not fixed! Deli drawer still will not stay in the track, it falls off the track every time we slide it out! So, deli drawer is still sitting on the shelf below!! It was determined by the repair person that the refrigerator was defective and Maytag agreed to replace the unit. New unit was delivered on May 27, 2019.....guess what...Same problem!! I hate this fridge! I have asked Maytag to replace it with a different model......I'm waiting for a repair person to visit my house. Do Not purchase this unit!

I received this refrigerator in exchange for one that I purchased over a year ago. The company was great to work with. I was really impressed. What a difference, the new refrigerator is working just great and I love all the features in it. I would highly recommend Maytag, RCA Whirlpool appliances.k

It’s ok but storage space is strange. Shelves can be adjusted but not many layout options. Lots of bending to reach things. Should’ve gotten freezer on bottom.
