We used the recommended settings from the start and it barely got cold. We increased it to "COLD" and worked better for 6 months, although food on the top shelf in freezer never froze the food. Now the fridge is at 45 degrees, and freezer at 27 degrees+. Tried calling warranty service line at Frigidaire and it's an hour wait, or they won't take your call because of high volume.

This new refrigerator is amazing, I am so very glad this is the one I purchased. I was replacing a refrigerator from 1982, so here's hoping this one lasts just as long if not longer!

I bought the refrigerator 1/2/23 and it stopped cooling 4/12/23 . I have been waiting for warranty service to fix it for the last two weeks after spending 45 minutes on the phone waiting for Frigidaire to talk to me to start the process. I wish I knew how slow their service process for warranty work was before I bought the product. Never again!
