Despite the explanation given to the person on the phone, I got the wrong piece. I bought a brand new fridge with a missing part. I’ve now tried to request another one, hope is going to be the right one. And I hope you will consider me for the $1000 prize.

I bought this fridge this week and it’s beautiful. I love the brushed silver exterior and glass shelves on the inside, but have to agree with other customers that it is a bit disproportionate and although it is slightly larger in Cubic feet than my previous fridge, it definitely has less space in the fridge. The fridge is also way lower than what I’m used to, but something I’m trying to adjust to. My biggest complaint however is the drawers. They are designed to nest into little divets in the bottom of the fridge, I’m not sure why, it’s not like they’re going to slide open on their own. But once the drawers are filled, it makes it a challenge to open the drawers, having to lift the drawer out of the divet, and then out from the fridge. Seems like poor design that you wouldn’t notice when the fridge is empty.
