WE bought this fridge 16 months ago. The fridge itself is very nice, keeps stuff nice and cold. The Ice Maker is a totally different story!!!! It CONSTANTLY jams....every day and sometimes more that once a day!!!! We called for service once and we were told that this is a common problem with this model. He could order us a new ice maker, but we would have the same problem. Not happy at all with this as we drink alot of ice water. The Ice Maker is also very loud!!!

I could almost love this refrigerator. It's very quiet. It makes ice very quickly. It looks great. BUT! Who's the bonehead that decided how the shelves should be set up? The dedicated shelving is HORRIBLE. There isn't a single shelf that holds really tall bottles. Now they all have to be stored on the door forcing me to now buy smaller bottles. I HATE that! I have never had a refrigerator that didn't have adjustable shelves. That part of this otherwise great refrigerator stinks to high heaven. I wish I could give five stars, but even four is pushing it.
