Bought refrigerator 6/10/20, delivered 6/17/20, family hub is fun and all was great until 9/7/2030 when we woke up to refrigerator and freezer not working. It took 2 days for repair man to come so needless to say all good was loss (I’ve been told Sumsung will reimburse us for all food lost). The mother board was replaced, but still did not work so they are giving us a new one, but will not pick up this one it’s mine to dispose of and we’re on day 9 of no refrigerator and freezer. My opinion is I don’t need the bells and whistles of the family hub as that is what controls the product, so if it goes down we’re out of luck. Not hopeful on replacement.
