Wonderful refrigerator. Like the tap feature even though we dont use it very often. We do love the round ice. We use it all the time. The only issue we had was we had to go online and update the ice machine as it quit making ice. We didnt know we had to do that until we contacted LG. It wasnt in the owners manual.

I bought the refrigerator on 2/4/23 and for last month and Half 5 times your LG maintenance man has been to my house you have junk appliances I tell all my friends not to buy LG until you get your junk out of my house

I purchased this refrigerator back in February and I has never cooled properly. I have had the LG technician come to my home over 4 times and I am still experiencing the same issues. All I am requesting is for LG to refund me and pick up their refrigerator. They are telling me I have to go thru at least 3 part replacements before they will issue me a refund.

Help We just ordered and received this beautiful refrigerator this week. We cleaned out the ice and water and thought we were good. Then we opened the freezer door and the ice container fell when it was full of ice and broke one of the shelves. We had used the door several times in the last three days prior placing new items inside and had not touched the ice maker again and then this happened. Where would we go to buy a new shelf? How do we make sure the ice maker is seated properly when we had thought we had done so and come to find several days later that it can just fall down? Have no idea what to do from here. Can someone please email me back?
