I bought this refrigerator a little over a year ago and love it but have had trouble with the craft ice maker. I was happy that the company covered the repair and has warranted it for 3 years. The craft ice maker has been a problem which is why they extended warrenty

I really like this fridge the only set back was that the door was dented upon delivery. 2 doors later and i am stuck with a small dent for life I guess. Other than that its awesome

Bought in August of 2022 and had delivered to our newly renovated home in October. We love the handles in the doors and the instaview. Had an issue with the craft ice but they made it right.

The knock on window feature is kinda fun but the fun wears off in a couple of weeks. It takes more than a couple of days for the fridge to regulate the temperature but once it cools fine. It feels a little cramped on the fridge side lacks dairy and cold cut trays. If Id noticed this at time of purchase I would have chosen a different model. Ice maker and freezer are great. Love the UV light and the easy to see lighted dial on the ice/water dispenser. Overall Id rate it a 7.5 but if it last 10 years change it to 8.5. Purchase date. Jun/2023

Very disappointed. Very little room in freezer and refrigerator. Craft ice maker quit and I have to try to install a new one because they cant get a repairman to come.
