We bought this to complement an otherwise Kitchen Aid kitchen. The KitchenAid refrigerators didn't fit in the existing space. Our primary considerations were the feature set and counter depth design, but the fact that the door handles look a lot like the KitchenAid appliances was a plus. After a while the fridge developed a noise. We called for service, took two calls, both short. Noise has gone away. That's all positive. One potential negative - what you store on the left side of the refrigerator compartment tends to freeze (for example, if you store bottled water over there, you'll develope ice in the bottles, sometimes completely freezing the contents. You'd think they'd have worked this out by now, US industry has been building refrigerators for 90 years. Also, honestly, the vegetable bin is too small for today's cooking, which features lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. That's a common problem, though, hardly unique to this refrigerator. Overall, we're happy.

We bought the counter depth side by side in order to have plenty of ice at all times. The ice maker has no trouble keeping up with the demand. The fridge doesn’t stick out in the walk area and looks very “chef” like. I love all the lights inside and the finger proof surface.

Quiet, keeps food at correct temperature and it's very attractive. Also a true counter depth. Others claim to be but stick out several inches. This one is 27-1/2 in deep excluding the handles so it fits very nicely.
