Purchased this Refrigerator Sep 29,2019 from Home Depot, delivered Oct 10,2019 with absolute superb, professional delivery and setup. My wife and I decided to replace our current 15 yr. old and eventually all kitchen appliances along with a kitchen update so I wanted to make sure we got the refrigerator that would meet our needs along with the look she wanted. We chose this refrigerator based on counter depth, fingerprint resistant stainless steel, ease of features, current needs, and reputation of Maytag products. Thus far we are extremely pleased with our purchase. Visually the fridge lives up to its claim of fingerprint resistant, I sure can't find any fingerprints. The refrigerator side has plenty of space, the freezer side has room to lay a frozen pizza down flat. And with the ice maker in the door that makes about 1 gal in a day if I had to guess frees up some room considering we lost some size due to counter depth. I like the ability to adjust temperature in both sides of this side by side, a great feature to suite your preference for your foods/drinks. Our only potential change we would have like to see is to provide equal cubic space to both sides of side by side. One final thing, it is quieter than our prior other brand fridge. Great Job Maytag!

I am very happy that I settled on this refrigerator. I looked at quite a few brands, but decided on the Maytag because of their stellar reputation. I hope that it brings us many years of satisfaction.

We have had nothing but problems with the ice maker. Has never filled in a year. If lucky year 30 cubes in a day. supposed to be 120- 140 cubes a day. I was told the ice makers where not great, but this is awful. Ice maker has Been replaced twice, then they replaced the entire door. Still sucks. Never seen anything like it. Fridge, eh, things freeze in the fridge all the time. Have it turned up as much as we can. Worst new fridge we have ever bought in 35 years. No ice, frozen food we do not want frozen. Just now a year old, piece of expensive junk

While it's a little on the small side because of the counter depth size, it is a good product. The ice maker is a little noisy, but you get used to it.

We needed a new fridge and absolute despise the French door but needed counter depth and what chore to find one! We stumbled on this one and it met all of our wants and had it delivered and set up! Best fridge we’ve ever had in 33 years! Dits our spot like it was made for it! Ice maker is super fast and makes great ice! We are very pleased with our choice!
