I am satisfied with my refrigerator, but disappointed at some of the features, the lack of accessories, & the outward appearance of the appliance. I was not informed that there were two door styles, & I did not learn that until my appliance was installed; There was NO WAY I was interested in removing the item to change the door, even though I would have much preferred a flat rather than a curved door. Furthermore, the floor grill was awkward, warped, and UGLY! It was not apparent to me in the showroom, because the model was black, but the white one I ordered has an EXTREMELY unattractive panel at the floor. There were less than a minimum of accessories inside to store items safely and cleanly. I removed the accessories from my previous refrigerator & used them to "fill in! I have less that needed shelves in the refrigerator & drawers in the freezer, & I expect that I will have to order them to serve the purpose. Not what I expected from Whirlpool!

The motor emits an unpleasant, gutteral noise that permeates the kitchen. We have been astonished that a 2019 refrigerator sounds like an antique. The dealer came and replaced a small, obviously perfectly-good fan, but the noise continues. When we selected Whirlpool, we had counted on a reliable, modern manufacturer. It's hardly what we got.

I got this refrigerator a few weeks ago. I traded the french door for this one because it was too big and stuck out in the floor too far and I could not reach the cabinet. I still cannot reach the cabinet with this one. The ice maker is very noisy when it is dispensing ice. It has too many drawers and not enough shelves.

The 'counter depth' is still too deep. It sticks way out and blocks the light from the window. Your numbers and mine don't march.
