I needed a black, counter-depth, side by side to replace one that failed. I had a warranty so this is the replacement. It's not what I wanted, but it's all that I could get and I had to pay an additional $500. It's a very nice refrigerator; however, the interior is poorly appointed. It lacks a deli drawer for cold cuts/cheeses, and the freezer just doesn't have enough shelves. There should definitely be one on top of the basket on the bottom and a few more in between. However, you can't add more shelves to the freezer. I'm going to have to see if I can purchase additional shelves for the fridge, but I shouldn't have to expend more money on an already costly refrigerator. I wouldn't recommend it if ample interior shelves are important to you; otherwise, it would be okay.

After 26 years with a GE Profile refrigerator we were so glad to be able to replace it with another. Our only disappointment is not being able to get a panel ready model. Thankfully we found a black finish one.

We had to purchase site unseen due to lack of merchandise on the floor. Not happy with the ice maker. It spits out ice uncontrollably. The shelves on the door are difficult to secure and the huge overhead light just takes up needed space.

IT is smaller than expected and at the moment is not level so the door keeps opening. They tried to level it upon delivery but seems to have failed.
