Icemaker takes forever to make ice. Called best buy to get a replacement. Also there is not enough space to have milk or juice jugs standing

Bought this fridge about 7 months ago, and happy we did! The fridge itself has great space. My only complaint( personal preference really!) is the ice maker! I prefer crushed ice! And the ice seems to fly out of the dish it dispenses into, I find it in the bottom drawer a lot!

I bought this about a month ago and am very happy with it. The primary benefit is that with the french doors, it feels like it has a lot more size than a similar sized side by side fridge.
