I bought this refrigerator a couple of months ago. After using it, the feature I like best is the dual bottom door that can be a refrigerator or freezer. I also like having 2 kinds of ice cubes. The improvements that I would recommend are: More drawers with a variety of settings for vegetables/meat A finish that shows no fingerprints Crushed ice option

initially, the unit functioned well. after several months, the ice maker began freezing over and we had to shut the unit down completely to defrost the ice maker. after this occurred several times, we just turned the icemaker off. two months ago, the freezer began not cooling to below 20 degrees. then the refrigerator section began not cooling. a call to samsung customer service gave us a referral to a samsung approved appliance repair company. on review of the company we found they are very poorly rated and found a different repair company to look at the unit. the compressor is bad and the sealed system is bad. this is very disappointing , the unit is only three years old and was quite expensive. i would not recommend this brand if asked. we plan on replacing with a different brand.

I am in love with our new Samsung 23 cu. ft. Smart Counter Depth 4-Door Flex refrigerator! It has four doors, actually five. It has a door within a door, one of which is the beverage center. It has an auto fill water pitcher that you can infuse flavors into the water and a separate water fill location. It also has a storage self for your favorite items. The freezer has dual ice makers with two types of ice. Samsung has provided an ice scoop but I find scooping the ice is a little cumbersome compared to having the ice dispensed. The bottom right-side door/compartment is a flex zone that can be used as a freezer or refrigerator which is a great feature, I love it! Both top doors open outward for easy access to the main selves and crispers. The refrigerator has a built-in deodorizing filter with UV Deodorizing technology to keep the air inside fresh. The controls are smartly located inside on the top right-side wall of the refrigerator with easy to read and understand terminology. Refrigerator can be controlled manually or with Samsung’s Smarthings app on your Samsung phone. Samsung has outdone themselves with this refrigerator as they really had the consumer in mind when they designed it. Kudos Samsung!

Pretty happy with it so far, love having fresh cold water and easy scoop ice from the machine. Wish it was a little deeper though for more bigger size stuff to store.
