After having to replace our original refrigerator on the fly we ended up picking this for its price. This is our first French door. I love the extra space in the frig area. My only complaint that it had a broken water valve. So no water for over a month.

We bought this LG fridge through Home Depot last month. It arrived in excellent shape started right up quietly and has been keeping our food at a consistent temperature since then. What a pleasant surprise in comparison to some of the other brands we have tried in the last 3 years. So Pleased.

I bought the counter depth refrigerator in November. In the spring I tried to replace the air filter. The air filter from the factory was removed from the frame and shoved into the filter holder breaking it. The factory air filter was square and the holder was rhombus shaped. I was sent a new filter holder but it will not mount to the refrigerator. The filter feature is useless. My refrigerator has no filters available for it. How does something like this even happen with a major appliance company?

My French door refrigerator is really nice except: the door had a dent and the delivery person gave number to call. That was a month ago and I am still waiting to hear from LG about a discount for damaged product. They first contracted a company to replace the door but the new door was also damaged and they refused to take it away.

Bought this 6 months ago and its been great. Love the ice bucket in the freezer. Outside looks sleek. Plenty of room in the fridge and ability to adjust shelves. Love it
