I bought this fridge and it was delivered/installed about a month ago. So far the fridge itself has worked well. The issue I have is that when it was installed one door had a dent in it and the two doors were misaligned. The instructions for leveling the doors still left them an inch misaligned. LG offered to exchange the fridge for a new one but they contract the pick-up and delivery to another company who is extremely difficult to work with. The other reviews have so far unfortunately been accurate- solid product subpar customer service.

Great design so much space for counter depth nice deep veg and fruit trays ice maker works perfectly temps seem perfect quiet. Water temp seems too warm not as cold as water kept in jug in fridge. Maybe that is normal? Had to order second delivery because first one had surface defects on doors small dots and a couple of scratches. But other than water temp very happy so far.

Weve had this fridge for almost two months now and love everything about it It is sleek and attractive and extremely roomy. I didnt really care for my previous bottom-freezer fridge but this one has changed my mind - easy access and so much thoughtfully-planned storage in the large freezer drawer. We are completely sold on the interior water spout - so much cleaner and easy - and the fridge just looks so much better without that messy drippy water feature on the exterior door Completely enthusiastically happy with this purchase
