My husband and l purchased this fridge 4 years ago. Love the style of the freezers on the bottom and all the functions especially the smug resistance stainless steel. Wipe with a microfiber cloth and shines like new. However the compressor failed after only four years. Yes it was under warranty which LG covered with relative ease.but loosing all that food and not having a fridge for more than a week was expensive. We tried and failed to keep it cool with ice but in the end most of what we had needed to be tossed. And eating out because of fear also was expensive. They did kindly give us 150 for the groceries but we spent a lot more refilling. We miss the old days when a fridge or any appliance for that matter would last Spending that kind of money is an investment.

We have really loved this refrigerator for the past 4 yrs. The linear compressor stopped working but LG came out to fix and installed a brand new one. Working like new again. Its a really good looking appliance and it very sturdy and durable.

2 year old lg refer compressor quit. Lg had it repaired and working in less than a week. Bravo Great job very pleased Btw we are located in the Florida keys. Closer to Havana then a Walmart lol once again great job LG

I love my new refrigerator I can reach everything easily including two freezer drawers that pull out. The in-door water and ice both cubes and crushed fill a glass quickly. The large door sections hold milk and other tall things and I dont have to reach up to a high shelf to lift these things out above my head. The deli section has a convenient pull-out drawer that makes things easy to see.
