bougt this Refrigerator last month and the ice maker worked once and havent worked again. Have been on the phone trying to get a service tech to come look at it and have just run into problem with your phone people. maybe you dont care is your equipment works or not.

I bought this a week ago - and wow Just. Yes . First and foremost- the LED lights inside make everything in the Fridge easy to see- no matter if a tall object is put in the way of a smaller one. Secondly- the door space is HUGE. I can easily fit a gallon of milk in them. Thirdly- its so quiet I enjoy the water machine doesnt have the ice capability in the outside ice maker is located inside the freezer. This allows mass-use if the ice as well as less maintenance problems I love how much room I have compared to my prior Fridgiaire Model Ill end with the customer service. I called LG and I spoke to someone who was in my area San Diego. She was really empathetic and helped solve everythig. I had a concern about the water hook up.

LG came out twice replace compressor twice still no work. No fridge for over 3 weeks. Finally had another company come out and leak at one of the joints. Guess LG no check for leaks before the leave.
