However customer service seems to be non existent. The unit makes an extremely loud noise not sure if its during defrost cycles but its several times a day .

We dont have space for a large refrigerator and thought we would be stuck with a normal refrigerator forever. We had no idea that there are smaller options for the top French doors and bottom freezer. I have my water dispenser back and ice maker too

We are very pleased with our LG. We were without a refrigerator for a week. We had ordered another brand from another store. On the day of delivery it came completely destroyed. The store told us it could be another week to get a replacement. I call another store and it came two days later. It is perfect and keeps everything crisp and cold. We are very pleased.

Ive had it for about 2 weeks. Still working on arranging shelves and food items in the door bins. The size of the ice is nice. It is very difficult to remove ice bin. The specs. says it has 7 bins on the doors. Mine has 6. It doesnt have a dairy bin. I will call customer support and confirm # of bins.
