We bought this on April 26th on online from P C Richards & son. It was great and nice features. Since we did not measure the counter space properly, we ordered thsi fridge which was only 33" wide. Since it looked little odd with extra space, we exchanged it with P C Richards for a another fridge from a different manufacturer, which was also less expensive with more cubic foot storage. We loved it for the few days that we had it. I liked the humidity control, which other manufacturers do not seem to offer

We purchased 3 months ago. Handles where loose whithin the first week. We had the service guys to come out to tightin them several times. Now that we are in three Months they are barely hanging on. They told us there was nothing else they could do. The shelves will fall your not carefull with the items. My last refrig lasted 12 years by kitchenaid but I will do more shopping next time. $2400 is a lot of money for something that falls apart in a matter of months.

We recently purchased our first single family home. Its an older home and with that came original appliances. Within the last few months we found that we had to replace each and every one of them. We went was KitchenAid for the brand quality and the reputation that stands behind it. From our dishwasher, that is so quiet that you forget it's even on, to the stove that makes me look and feel like a chef. Mind you, I still burn the kids Mac n Cheese but I look good doing it. LoL This new refrigerator is no different. It's beautiful. But more than that, it's deceivingly larger than it appears. We replaced a 31" counter depth fridge with this KitchenAid refrigerator. We had size restrictions as its an older home, but let me tell you I am over the moon with how well this last item compliments my kitchen. My ONLY negative mention would be that the shelves do not go all the way to the back of the refrigerator. It's an approx 1.5 - 2" open spacing, that could pose a problem if not away when filling your fridge with goodies. Other than this small feature, the fridge is Solid and well made. No cheap plastic shelving. The layout is adjustable and well thought out. The door shelf's hold a gallon of milk on each side as well can hold an additional Litre of milk beside the gallon on the larger door on the right. We have two boys and a construction worker dad and I can load this thing up no problem. We are very impressed.

I am completely disappointed with this refrigerator. The freezer handle comes loose a couple of times per week and I have to continue to fix it. Extended warranty doesn't cover this part. Total fail on freezer handle design.
