The refrigerator it self is beautiful and has all the features I’ve been looking for, however the delivery team wouldn’t hook up an already existing water line and failed to level the refrigerator.

Due to COVID and all the delays we heard about while building our house in 2020, we purchased our GE appliances early and took delivery when they were available. This ended up being a few months prior to our install with building delays. Now, less than one year being in our house and having this fridge installed, the water dispenser stopped working. After getting it serviced, we found out it is an internal wiring issue and we'd need a whole new fridge if we wanted to continue using the water dispenser and ice maker. Since GE warranty is one year from the fridge leaving their warehouse, GE is not fully covering the replacement of their fridge that stopped working properly less than one year being used.

GREAT LITTLE FRIG FOR A COUNTER DEPTH. KEEPS THINGS SUPER COLD AND FRESH. MY ONLY SMALL HANG UP WAS THAT WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT THE ACCESSORY OPTIONS SO OUR MODEL DID NOT COME WITH THE COVERS BUTTER DOOR INSERT. THATS MINORLY ODD TO NOT HAVE.

I couldn’t be happier with this counter depth refrigerator. We searched for making sure we did not compromise features when choosing a smaller fridge and this one does not disappoint! We had a cabinet guy custom fit the refrigerator to fit perfectly in the corner. GE brings good things to my life!!
