We bought this Bosch refrigerator in September of 2021 and the ice maker and water dispenser stopped working in November of 2021. We have had the service technician out to the house 3 times over the past five months and although the water dispenser now works the ice machine does not. The service technician was out again today and informed me that the ice maker (part number) 11036056 is in need of replacement and there is no ETA from Bosch on getting that part delivered. It is totally unexceptable that we have paid over $3000 for a brand new Bosch refrigerator and it has only work for a couple months since we purchased it. I would like some resolution - Sam

We replaced our 11-year-old "brand not to be named" with this Bosch because the previous appliance's icemaker went out and the cost of repair was astronomical. Our new Bosch is smaller but holds as much as the old appliance, and the icemaker is fantastic. Online reviews predict that will continue to be the case. However, I have two other "favorite" features on this fridge. The first I had anticipated, but not the second. The first: Absolutely no fingerprints! and the second: Vastly reduced spoilage. I had been blaming my grocery store for having to toss expensive produce on a regular basis, but I feel guilty about that now, as the same products are staying fresh and crispy until they are gone. I love this refrigerator.

I got this unit to replace a horrible Samsung I had before. One week into owning it, the display is flashing an "E2" message. I called customer support and they took my information and I've heard nothing from them after two plus weeks. Unit seems to be working OK, but VERY disappointed to shell out the cash for this and have operational AND customer service issues so quickly.
