I only have the refrigerator for a few weeks and so far it has performed very well. The ice maker and water pitcher are great features. The doors close well which was a problem on my previous LG refrigerator.

I bought this in September through chatting with someone through Samsung, and they gave me a discount code to use to reduce the price. They included a free installation coupon as well. The shipping company used was the worst part of the buying process but other than that the fridge is awesome. I love the 2 different ice cubes but they do tend to fall in the back of the fridge when trying to scoop ice out. The shelves are very spacious and I have so much extra room. I also love the hidden beverage center with the water pitcher and easily accessible shelves from the outside for condiments. I also love the 4th flex door which can be converted to fridge or freezer it's so unique. My only concern would be it is not fingerprint resistant.

I researched Refrigerators for 5 months, ours kept needing service. I absolutely love the way The Smart 4 Door flex looks and performs! No handles makes it look so clean. I love love love the two ice options and the two water options. My favorite fridge ever!
