We received our Samsung about 4 months ago. I waited to write a review until we had sufficient time to test use our Samsung refrigerator. My initial thought was WOW this is a nice looking refrigerator and it has a ton of room! Well that I was not wrong. I love this refrigerator. Not only does it have a lot of space. but it is functional space. My last refrigerator was 29cuft but in reality a lot of the space was wasted on shelves that did not have enough height to actual hold bottles and shelves that did not allow enough items to be stored, due to height restrictions and/or due to the brackets holding the shelves not being sufficient to hold heavy liquid bottles (ex. 2-liters, wine bottles, etc...). I have to say, over the last 4 months this refrigerator has not only meet my expectations, but it has exceeded them. One of the bottom freezers can be converted to a refrigerator when needed for a party, or to a freezer when we get great deals on meat. It holds everything and is adaptive to my family's needs. I cannot say enough positive things about this refrigerator. The only caution I would give is do not be like me and accurately measure your space. This refrigerator is tall and make sure you have the room. I recommend this refrigerator to everyone and do not have anything negative to say.

Purchased this refrigerator in October. Overall we like the features of this refrigerator. Like the flexibility of the section that can be refrig or freezer. Works well for us. It is difficult when there are issues when delivered. It arrived with broken drawer, Replacement sent was also broken. Seemed like quite a bit of drama to replace a drawer. Instead they replaced the refrigerator.

Owned now for about 3 months. The water jug is probably my favorite feature...no more messes outside the fridge, no more waiting for a slow drip into a container, no more ice cubes all over the floor. Always fresh cold filtered water in the jug to use for everything!! 2 sized ice cubes are really cool - and the cubes stay in their pull out tray. Lighting in the upper and lower spaces are perfect. An alarm goes off when a door isn't closed all the way. Notifications can be had if you have a snack sneaker. You may inventory your fridge contents...I have not. It's connected to wifi so I can see if it is running properly from anywhere. The only issue is the stainless steal exterior is a bit thin - so careful around it! A little dent occurred in mine from a minor bump with a ladder...bummer!

I absolutely LOVE the roominess of this fridge. There is just so much space. It's also really sleek and rhe lack of handles and an external water/ice dispenser makes this very modern. That said, there are some negatives. One, the internal water pitcher isn't big enough, it should be twice the capacity. Two, the pitcher constantly doesn't fill up foe one reason or another. It happens A LOT. Very annoying. Three, while stainless steel looks nice, this particular finish shows EVERY LITTLE SMUDGE. No joke, I could clean it 5 times a day, and there would still be smudges at the end of the day. I haven't had that issue with other stainless steel appliances in the past.
