I am so pleased with our Samsung refrigerator, we have been without an ice maker for so long and the Samsung works wonderful. I agree with my wife that the shelf spacing could be a little better it's hard to put tall pitchers, there is only one place to do that but that's something we can definitely adjust to and live with. We both are a little confused with the flex zone drawer, I have googled and read other people's remarks and from what I read is that the drawer can be used as a freezer and refrigerator, but I don't feel that it gets cold enough to freeze. I have changed the selection from deli to meat and the temperature reads 30 degrees but it isn't freezing, I guess this is something we need to look into a little further. The freezer compartment is actually a good size and holds a good bit of food. On the outside its is a beautiful appliance, no fingerprints to worry about. I am very pleased with our selection. Happy wife, happy life.

My family and I love this fridge for may reasons. My favorite feature is the beverage drawer. My daughters favorite is the crushed ice feature. We love the adjustable shelves so we can fit larger items if needed. The freezer has a descent amount of space to also fit larger items. Within an hour of installing, the fridge was up to temp and ready to go. I installed the water/ice line on my own very easily. I would recommend this to all of my friends and family. Great product, very satisfied.

Received the refrigerator this Monday. Very excited when we saw it we decided on the black stainless steel. It’s been fun organizing and figuring out where we want to put stuff inside. Love the fold up shelf and retractable to allow for taller/ wider items to be stored as needed. The flex drawer is also nice, having the ability to change up what the drawer is used for and change the temperature as needed. It would be nice if the drip section were deeper or a tray was available for families with grandkids who inevitably over flow. Also nice if the serial number sticker was easier to take off or was placed somewhere other than the very front side of the refrigerator, unsightly white label on black stainless steel. This is minor, will take time to get the gunk off. So far loving the look and use of it. Tight fit but perfect for us, unfortunately the pics are all too large to upload. . Thanks much!

Great refrigerator. The color is really nice and I like that it does not show fingerprints. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered I could put my magnetic hooks on the side, as I hang my potholders there. I like that doors are fairly light and do not slam shut. The doors on our old refrigerator were heavy and would slam shut. There is plenty of room in the drawer for things that you use quite often without having to open the main compartment. It has an alarm that lets you know the doors has been left open. I like the size of the ice cubes and it makes plenty of ice for us. My only complaint is it is slow dispensing ice, but other than that I love this refrigerator and it was a great price.

Usually when I look at appliances online I don't buy them because how much better could they possible be? Why spend more on a different fridge? They're all the same... right? Wrong. I'm so happy that I decided to go with Samsung here. While some other options might be cheaper, my new Samsung fridge blows them out of the water. My new fridge is larger, has more features, and best of all, looks better! The black stainless steel is beautiful. The extra drawer is a blessing. You can even set it's temperature separately from the rest of the fridge. The interior space is almost twice that of my old fridge despite them being about the same size! The water dispenser works great as well. Overall I'd recommend this fridge to anyone that can afford it, fantastic price for it's value!
