We purchased this a month ago... we wanted a refrigerator with hidden water dispenser and 4-door system, and this for the bill. We also like the flex system. It has been flawless over this relatively short period. Biggest issue? It does smudge easily... but is easily cleaned. I would recommend.

Loving the fridge so far, streets ahead of my last fridge. Only compliant is that water dispenser isn't working, but Samsung Support has been very helpful and is sending someone to help solve my problem.

we were really excited by the nice modern design, great flexibility of cooling areas and a lot of other features this fridge offers. the fridge is quieter than expected, looks very pleasing. on closer inspection it's a combination of materials of different qualities. smartthings connection worked like a charm. expected to be able to control more - e.g. notify me when the door is open longer or if the desired temperature can't be kept... the scheduling of delivery experience was not great, i would not consider ordering directly from samsung again. sadly many of the door shelves just don't fit properly, not sure why. the door swing can't be adjusted and requires a large clearance on each side, more than esthetically pleasing. so all and all - mixed bag.

So it's been about a week with the new fridge and I have to say I'm impressed. The beverage center is awesome and the infused water is something I've grown to love. The interior is very bright and inviting and there is lots of room. The crisper could be a bit bigger but overall great use of the space. We have the 23 cubic ft fridge but it seems much bigger in terms of the inside roominess. I add the fridge to my smart home app from Samsung which is another cool feature. You can adjust the temperature or turn on the ice machine. The outside is supposed to be fingerprint resistant but it does show fingerprints. Overall we love it!! Update, I have been using the refrigerator for a month now and it I am still amazed at how well this is made. The LED lighting is awesome, it makes looking for items easier. Another feature I'm really enjoying is the ability to use Samsung's Smart Things app through my phone to adjust the temperature, monitor if any of the doors have been left open, or turn the ice maker on and off. I also like the infused water pitcher, I slice a few lemons, drop them in and I have lemon water whenever I want. I can honestly say I have never had a refrigerator that has Leroy my food fresher longer y than the samsung flex!

i have had this refrigerator about a month now. as part of the #samsungrefinsiders iwas given the opportunity to test this refrigerator out and i am amazed at how attractive it looks and how it performs. the inside is very well lit with strategically placed led lights so you will never have a problem finding something. i love the four door setup with one section flexible so you can use it as a fridge or a freezer your choice! the beverage center is another amazing feature with your regular water dispenser as well as a pitcher. i also have to mention the option of using your smart phone to control the temperature, turn on and off the ice machine or have it let you know when someone has inadvertently left a door open.
