We are pleased with our refrigerator. It looks nice and makes plenty of ice. We really like how bright it is inside, we see everything very easily. Quiet as well.

The doors are very heavy and require very intentional closing. They tend to swing forward when you’re inside the fridge. The ice maker side of the door has two small shelves that truly nothing fits in so you loose that entire door for storage. The freezer shelf tends to side out when you open the door which is annoying. Overall I like it well enough.

The rating could easily be 4/5. However, the constant sounds which are Very loud thumps and low whining and humming sounds are extremely annoying and jarring! The manual explains the sounds but energy savings technology should be more customer sensitive. I wish I could include an audio in addition to this written review. Besides the sounds the ice maker doesn’t make dense ice cubes (melt too fast) and are spit out unless container is right up under the dispenser. This is in comparison to our 28 year side by side Kitchenaid that began to make fan blade noises at the end of its time. Overall, we really like the new layout of the French door style and freezer drawer. Lighting is great, also. I would recommend only with the info about the sounds for their information.
