This is our third LG fridge. We have moved several times and the house buyers always write in the contract that they want the Fridge to stay The Ice Maker built into the door taking up less room is a great feature.

Poor LG quality control. Refrigerator ice maker is not dispensing ice it appears the ice is slightly melting causing the ice to refreeze and clump-up. Refrigerator has uneven temperatures varying 6 degrees between shelfs. Doors cannot be adjusted properly LG tech. could not solve issues.

Only have had refrigerator for 3 weeks. Like it. Very quite. Ice making somewhat limited. Gave 3 stars only because we received a damaged refrigerator 3 times. Finally a discount was offered to keep the one with the least damage. Packaging and handling needs improvement to prevent damage. Must be costly for manufacturer and retailer to have so much damage. Plus not good for customer service.
