I bought it 3 months ago I was happy until it started to freeze things in the upper part too refrig part I called the service # they hung up on me 3 times 4 th call I got a supervisor after demanding to speak to one numerous times A few days later Mark showed up to fix my refrig he k ew what was wrong before he took it all apart The bafflal that opens closes in the freezer wasnt even plugged in from the factor So no control of temperature in refrig part

Have been enjoying my new LG 27 cubic feet counter depth refrigerator for several weeks now and Im very happy with my purchase. I love the roomy shelf space and storage room inside the doors. I have the extra internal door storage space since I did not select the outer water/ice dispenser. All is working very smoothly and quietly. I had one hiccup with a dent in one of the doors upon delivery but LG quickly arranged to replace the door and it was done very satisfactorily by their local Service Representative.

Size of the refrigerator is great I appreciate all the extra room that the lack of insulation provides. Disappointed that the actual temperature of a refrigerator is not displayed. Only the temperature you set it to is. I put five thermometers around different parts of the refrigerator and got a temperature range of 4- 7. I have my refrigerator set for 35 it is 35 at the top and 39-41 in the bottom compartment.

We bought our new fridge while our kitchen was being remodeled. It was delivered without scratches or dents. We have had a problem with that before. Am still reading up on it. Although I tried to find one without a bunch of bells and whistles they all have some. It is quite roomy and am getting used to where things are. Love love love all the space in the fridge and refrigerator. Still have the outer plastic covering on it until all of the Reno is finished.

I wanted a big refrigerator but it could only be counter depth.hard to find especially with the features we wanted. We are seniors and our backs arent what they used be so the refrigerator section had to be up on top freezer less used on the bottom. We didnt need an ice maker so this feature was easy to remove the tray for more room. Our other major appliances were stainless so that was part of our search.
