We are very disappointed in our purchase,it took 3 refrigerators to get one half acceptable, they ALL had deep scratches, it had to come from your company that way as it was wrapped tight when delivered, we finally gave up and kept the THIRD one scratch and all. No more Kitchen AIDS for us

Fridge is smaller than I thought it would be but it keeps us up on what's inside.

Premier livrer toute grafigner les porte les cotes ils on livre un autre apres les portes sont pas egales et encore grafigner (black stainless) et meme le collant kitchen aid est pas au centre et les plastique se protection s enleve tellement mal il en reste tout le tour

Unit was purchased and installed about nine months ago as of the writing of this review. This suites our lifestyle. Love the room in the refrigerator gained by not having a through the door ice and water dispenser. Although having an interior cold-water dispenser is not ideal. It is operated with the use of one hand. Again, inside the left door has great storage space that refrigerators with through the door dispensers do not have. The door shelves have removeable gray plastic liners that are dishwasher safe. The interior shelves are easily adjusted. Love the shelves that slide into half making room for tall items. Freezer is well lit and spacious. This is my first french door refrigerator. Use to just swinging doors close and walking away. The left side door has to be pushed into closed position so it took a while to close doors properly with out having to think. One time the freezer was left ajar. Upon opening the refrigerator the interior lights did not come on. There was a red symbol on the control panel. It took a moment to figure out the problem. When the freezer was properly closed, the red symbol disappeared and the interior lights once again worked properly. About a month after this was installed, house electrical system was upgraded and was rewired. Work took about ten hours. I want you to know that although refrigerator was not opened during this extended time with no power. Ice was still perfectly frozen and worries about spoiled food were unfounded.

I purchased four new appliances, all KitchenAid brands, which were delivered in September. I went with KitchenAid because my last dishwasher and range were KitchenAid products and my appliances were all 24 years old. They were still working when I got my new ones. I like my other new appliances but do not like the refrigerator at all. Since it was a special size because of the limited space I had for a refrigerator, I never got to see it, only saw a picture of it which wasn't helpful at all. I have had the service people out here three times in less than two months to fix problems with it. The drawer doesn't stay closed inside which was looked at by two different people and it still isn't right. It keeps popping open because accordingly to the service man, its the way its made in the back that forces it to pop open. The dividers that fold down for taller items is worthless. When they are down, it takes up room on the shelf beneath it and its impossible to get anything to high to fit on that shelf. One of the shelves has the drop-down the whole length of the shelf and the other one is a partial drop-down. This one is much worse because with it being a partial drop-down, the divider in the middle takes up even more room and the middle of the shelf for storing items is pretty much worthless for anything. I did call KitchenAid on this and requested whole complete shelves without any drop downs and they quickly sent them out to me. i was very happy with their customer service and their prompt attention to my concerns. The side rails that holds the shelves are made of very cheap plastic that keeps moving every time you open one of the drawers which is very annoying. The workmanship and quality of this product is not good. I would not recommend this product to anyone. When I look at other refrigerators on the market, they are made much better than this KitchenAid which surprises me because their other products appear to be very good quality.
