Nice refrigerator. Problems keeping the ice drawer latched to pull out with the freezer drawer. Like the interior water dispenser. The inside shelves a little flimsy the way they attach inside and bend under heavy items ie gallon of milk, etc. Like the size & location of the drawers.

Overall happy with my fridge after 1 month. It is quiet, and I like the full wide deli drawer, and the sliding shelf and ice dispenser in the freezer in particular. This helps keep foods organized. My only complaint so far is that the stainless finish is hard to keep clean. It shows finger prints and smudges more than I expected given that I had a stainless dishwasher (different brand) that doesn’t show marks as much. I plan on purchasing a special cleaner to help with this.

Bought this model July 2016. If you fill fridge too full, everything in the back of fridge freezes as well as produce in produce drawers. Turned up temp and made it a bit better. The location of the water filter robs you of precious shelf space--that needs to be relocated in fridge. The way the shelves fit into the back of the fridge robs precious space because there is a good 1/2 to 1 inch from fridge wall to metal bracket that holds up shelf that keeps me from stacking plastic ware against the fridge wall. The rounded shelves built into the doors make it difficult to put too many different shape condiments in the doors which is frustrating. Creating a more rectangular door shelf design would be much better. My ice maker quit right after the 12 month warranty expired. I have had this fridge serviced 3 times and it just turned 3 in July. If I had it to do over, I'd buy something else. Love the counter depth & the French doors on top. Also every once in a while the fridge makes a BANG noise. It has done this from day we purchased. It woke me up at night at first, till I figured out it was the fridge making this noise.

Replaced Kenmore refrigerator that quit cooling. I love the performance, look and reputation of KitchenAid. Counter-depth and interior organization works great. I especially like the interior water dispenser and higher capacity ice maker with scoop.
