The shelves don't reach to the back or sides of the refrigerator so there are gaps at the back and sides. Food falls into those gaps. Terrible design. Limited ability to set shelves due to poor bracket design. Refrigerator had dents in the doors and it took four more doors before we got doors without dents. Food at the back of the refrigerator freezes. Piece of junk!

Fridge works fine thought it would be quieter. Still dealing with some issues doors wont balance in a straight line along the top techs have tried everything may need to replace entire unit especially due to dent in freezer door. Water and Ice features work really well and unit refrgerates great overall.
