I purchased all KitchenAid appliances for the new garden home I recently built. They are all outstanding, but the refrigerator is extra special. I really like all the features and the easy accessibility of the icemaker. I purchased all KitchenAid appliances, i.e., dishwasher, downdraft electric range, & refrigerator. Extremely happy with all!

we had the older model of this fridge, sadly it broke and we thought "replace with the same!" But the plastic on this fridge is cheap. The drawers don't roll nicely. The handles get lose. I now have the proprietary allan key that I had to visit repair shop to acquire in order to tighten handle every couple weeks. If you're going to spend this money check other things out!!

I bought this product at a PC Richard store 6 months ago. Within a month the motor became extremely noisy, and the handle came off. Have had 3 repairs done and no improvement has been noted. Despite being in the initial warranty period Kitchenaid doesn’t have the decency to replace this product. Would never recommend this or buy another Kitchenaid product

I have had this refrigerator for a few months and have loved it. Just yesterday I was trying to cram a few more things into it and things started falling down the back side. I had never noticed that the shelves don't go all the way back. I was hoping to find some sort of adaptor on line that would fix this but so far have not found anything. Pretty disappointing and a little bit concerning if a glass item falls on one of the glass shelves. KitchenAid please make a fix for this. I also agree with other reviewers that the left-hand door takes an extra nudge to get it to close completely. Glad it is alarmed but I often don't hear it if I'm in a different part of the house.

The main shelving does not go to the back of the fridge. Items are constantly falling down the back. A can of soda can fit behind the shelf. The shelving brackets in the middle also make it difficult to fit a cake pan or other longer items. The doors do not close well unless you push them shut. With small kids the doors are constantly open.
