The shelves are to shallow and smaller items fall off behind them. They either need to be deeper or have a lip at the back that prevents smaller items from falling behind. We had the same fridge that was a few years older and the interior shelves had a lip at the back. Additionally we already had to replace the rubber gasket around one of the doors. Not happy with this fridge at all.

Recently purchased after a kitchen remodel. Outstanding style inside and out. Great features and plenty of room in the fridge and feeezer. Water dispenser is a favorite puts out ice cold water. Big ice tray

I bought this refrigerator a month ago because I had the same model in stainless steel in our previous home. I love this refrigerator, it's very roomy! Unfortunately my new one arrived without the wine rack, but the place I ordered it from is ordering me one now. The freezer is a bit small, but we have our back up fridge in the garage that we utilize extra freezer space in. One of my favorite features is the interior water dispenser. I love that my toddler can't just walk by and push the buttons to release ice/water onto the kitchen floor. The door bins are very spacious and I love that there is not space taken up in the refrigerator portion with an ice maker. Looks so nice in our new kitchen!

Overall pretty satisfied with the fridge. Love the interior water dispenser that keeps the front free of unsightly water drips. But I hate that the back of the interior shelves do not come close to the back of the fridge so that smaller items (like individual applesauce containers) fall down the back. For the amount of money the fridge costs, not asking too much to have full length shelves!

I studied reviews of refrigerators until I was numb. This refrigerator is a 10. I had an in the door ice and water before so was unsure if this would work out for me. It absolutely was the right decision. No more ice cubes dancing across the floor. The counter depth offers more than adequate storage space for our family of 4. I do a lot of cooking for the week on Sunday and it all fits. It is easy to keep clean inside and out.
