So far seems well built and performing to expectations. Love the drawer as a wine chiller. Arrived with poorly installed top panel that had to be "fixed" by the installer, but that seems to not be an issue with appliance performance.

We love this refrigerator and what a deal we got on it! It is so awesome! What we love best about it is the fact that you can see everything that is in it including what is in the bottom drawer freezer without standing on your head! Thanks BOSCH you did a great job designing this baby!

We decided to replace our 1990's model GE refrigerator and after carefully assessing the reviews and specifications we decided on the BOSCH French door. It's actually a little more than we needed, but better too much than too little. The plastic bins in the refrigerator and freezer compartments seem a little lightweight but overall the unit seems sound structurally. Other than the sound of the ice maker discharging, the unit makes no noise. We will probably never use the WiFi feature. Being dinosaurs, we find such a feature useless. As we have had the unit for less than two months, we really can not rate it for reliability, but the performance to date is excellent. Can't figure out how the bottle holder is supposed to work.

I waited for over six months for this refrigerator. I absolutely love it. The temperature controls are perfect. The middle drawer is the best . It is temperature and humidity controlled so I don't have to worry about food spoiling I've actually had a head of lettuce lady for 2 weeks !!The freezer section is wonderful I love the icemaker I have had no problems and have had more than enough ice to last me for about three days. I have more than enough room in this refrigerator and it seems as though I have never been able to fill it up. I would wait again to have this model.

Love the refrigerator and everything about it. It works well for us. If you have a large family the freezer drawer is not as big as it looks if you store a lot of frozen items. My only real complaint is I have been trying for over a month now to get a replacement water filter for it. Call Bosch twice It is still on back order
