First one didnt work second one damaged my floor as it was damaged third one yet to be seen on back order. Would love to hear back from LG. We are an LG household love my TV and Washer.

Two weeks in and we couldnt be happier with our purchase. The refrigerator is quiet and performs as advertised. The interior is spacious and with a shelf tweek here and there accommodates all our food sizes and needs. Leaving to play golf the other day I forgot to chill some bottled water. I popped two bottles in the freezer twenty minutes before leaving and presto two rock hard containers of water as I walked out the door. I followed directions for cleaning the outside and it cleaned up perfectly. The only question going forward is durability but I have confidence that this refrigerator will last a good long time. Yes I would recommend this product.

First Im happy because its my husband and my first refrigerator in our first home but now Im a little sad because I havent even had it two years and it stopped working but thank God were still under warranty but its a big setback because I have a husband two toddlers and an infant to take care of in the refrigerator is a big part of my storage it stopped cooling the weekend of Fourth of July so imagine all the ice and coolers. We had to Store Food In and asking family to take food home so it wont go bad.
