I LOVE this refrigerator. I truly do. What I dont love is how the parts inside are so shoddy that they only last 2-3 years before needing replacing. We have to replace the motor on our all-in-one washer every 4 months or so. I will likely never buy LG products again.

I wont advise anyone to purchase this LG refrigerator circuit board went bad in 2 years and when the tech came out they blamed it on another cause not to fix it I wont recommend buying bad experience I f I can I would not give. Any stars

The refrigerator-freezer appliance functions as expected. Probably my favorite feature is that the ice maker does not produce the half circle ice that most do. One thing I do not like is that there is something wrong with the ice maker in that there are what appears to be small pieces of white plastic being frozen in the ice cubes and so they get into your beverage when the ice melts. I did submit a warranty repair request and received a notification that someone would contact me to set up an appointment but no one ever did. The warranty then expired. Other than the ice problem I am pleased with the appliance but I am not pleased that my request for help went unanswered.

We purchased this LG Refrigerator in June 2023. I love the design and the look and especially top mount refrigerator with one door opening. I do not like french style doors. They are a pain. On July 3rd I came home from my vacation to find the fridge stopped cooling and freezing. Luckily I did not lose my food. I come to find out that there was an extension on LGs 3 year warranty that allowed me to get it repaired. Turns out I troubleshooted the problem because the compressor went out. LGs compressor on this model from 3 years ago was faulty in the electronics part of it. Called LG and they just sent a tech out to my home to repair it at no cost to me. Only issue was I had to wait 10 days to have it fixed. My other complaint is no adjustments for shelves with a split system and there are dents on the door at 4 places. It drives me crazy. Other than that I still like the refrigerator. Quality Control needs to examine these problems especially the condenser conking out after 3 years of use. Our LG technician was fabulous he did a great job.

I bought this fridge when mine died. Please dont bother. While it keeps cold it is not user friendly. After several annoying days I returned the unit and replaced it with a french door fridge with adjustable shelves.
