We bought two of these refrigerators. one right and one left. These were 1/3 the cost of a commercial style and has more room.

We have a small kitchen so our options are limited for size. This unit had all the features we needed....though I think the ice maker should be included and not extra for the price paid.

just replaced a 20 year old amana (same family/same guts) fridge, so the core of this fridge has been made for at least 20 years..how is it possible that everthing about it works worse, fits worse with no beneficial improvements other than nicer handles and door. the crisper drawers are unusably short and fall out if you attempt to open past 1/2 way. again, how in 20+ years of a basically unchanged core design have they made no measurable steps forward. same thoughts on condiment tray liners.... they are not even close to fitting and buckle up at the edges. same with the freezer drawer... the drawer hardware is so janky that if you open from anywhere other than 100% center, you run the risk of knocking it off center. the fridge door is hinged such that if you open it, it slams open instead of neutral or slight tension to close door. freezer light switch is placed such that you can't see it, but it precariously placed such that easy to break if freezer contents are the tiniest bit overfilled. this fridge is a exercise in poor and lazy design. the corners of the door aren't welded or otherwise invisibly fininhed and mine had untrimmed foam coming out and had to trim off the foam and color what was still visible from beneath with a silver sharpie to hide their poor quality control. would i buy it again... not if i had a choice, but due to a clueless architect this (or its almost identical siblings... amana, whirlpool + maytag), believe it or not, this is the nicest fridge that will fit in my odd fridge hole. so why did i buy the kitchenaid when the other brands, even with stainless doors cost HALF the price? because the other 3 brands scared a otherwise nice stainless door with extra holes plugged with cheap plastic plugs for the handles in case customer wants to change the swing of the door. kitchenaid had enough consideration to at least offer a left hand and right hand version of the fridge and not sully the nice stainless door. and because their handles are waaaayyy nicer. the hearty stainless handles with machined knurled grips give it a smart professional look on the outside (even though it's only skin deep and junk underneath).

This frig is average at best. Significantly noisier than the 20 year old Frigidaire it replaced. Handle on door is loose and no cap to cover screw holes on top where door hinge was originally.
