Weve had the washer and dryer set for about 3 weeks and they are a dream come true. Our previous washer would not finish a cycle so we struggled for months with trying to fix it until we saw a sale we couldnt resist on the LG set. It cycles through effortlessly and quickly. Our clothes feel and smell so much cleaner. And the sensors adjust the time for each load so we spend far less time trying to get through a load or two.

Im not thrilled with this washer at all. It should have been a red flag when it said smart washer as the manufacturers obviously thinks they are much smarter then we the users. It rarely ever fills enough water to cover what Im washing. Also the delicate cycle takes 54 minutes seriously? I end up washing most things on the speed cycle which is more realistic time wise. I also read the fine print in the manual that said not to wash small loads what the heck?? Thats ridiculous so I just was what I want on the speed cycle and be done with it. It does have a large capacity tub which I like when washing blankets quilts comforters etcbut it takes forever and I have yet to figure out a way to just go back and do a spin cycle only when large items are still very wet. To be honest Id just as soon have the washer/dryer I had years ago the ones where you actually chose the water levels and temperatures.

There was a CL button issue. The repair took less than 15 minutes and there was no charge
