This is my first ever purchase of a LG product. I did some research on different washers. My 2 most important things that I look for in a washer is cleaning power durability. I purchased this around 4/1/2023 because I was afraid my older washer was going to go on me didnt want to have to rush out to buy just anything. Its really a very quiet washer like the service guy said. It washes well Im still getting use to the different selections especially when to add water. I only wish it had a small load selection which I believe that is what the speed wash is for? I use the Normal cycle a lot but my only complaint is when I use the deep fillet to get a little more more water it automatically goes into the DeepWash cycle which it does state in the manual. Otherwise Im very happy with my purchase. No washer is perfect I hope this washer lasts me a long time especially with the turbo drum technology.

I purchased my clothes washer inNovember. Ever sinceI got it the softner holder that would not empty all of the water after the cycle ended. I finally got a company to come out He informed me I was over loading the washer I argued with him that it was not correct to only put in two bath towels when I only had four towels to wash He said the washer would not work right if I did otherwise. He put in the new laundry and softner holder and did not check the cycle. The owners manual read that not to put the clothes up over the bottom of the top of the agitator.
