I love my new washer. The size allows me to wash more clothes at a time, which is great for a family of 5. I have tried the normal, deep wash, bedding/waterproof and quick wash cycles. The one I use the most is the quick wash cycle that washes a load in only 28 minutes. I also love the faucet inside the washer that allows you to pretreat clothes before washing. The vibration reduction technology makes it very quiet which is good since my laundry is right next to my living room. This washer also has the smart feature which allows you to send your preferred cycle from your phone. It also allows you to see how much time is left on the current cycle from your phone. I definitely recommend this to anyone in need of a new washer.

Other than being delivered and installed 2 weeks after promised this washing machine has been great. I probably should still read the manual to get to know all the features but I’ll get to it one day. A great upgrade from my previous machine. This machine is very tall. I’m 5’11” but if I was any shorter I may struggle to reach the bottom to get small items. Plus I got a great deal. I would highly recommend.

Do not buy! The spin function does not get the water out. The drum does not have the power to wash blankets. You have to fold blankets a certain way according to the directions, but still can’t manage it. Don’t let the large bin fool you. It can’t handle it. The bin is very deep if your short it is hard to get clothes. The bin makes a rubbing grinding sound, but others had same issue and it is just the way it is made. The machine is also loud. Run don’t buy!
