i am not sure how this machine got great reviews. thats why i bought this. its horrible. the wash is constantly of balance. it could take me all day to do one load because i have to stop the machine and rearrange the clothes to make it balance. please do yourself a favor buy something else

this washer has been a problem since almost day 1. it continually thinks that the washer needs to drain and gives me error code 5c. i've done everything short or buying a new washer to fix it... it must have some kind of sensor that detects water and is continuously detecting it... which disables the washer.
