I absolutely love this washing machine! I have never had a washing machine that was as quiet as this one. Even during the spin cycle, I don't hear any noise or vibrations. The barrel inside is extremely large and can handle a large load of laundry with ease. The settings are endless and the quickest mode takes about 35 minutes. After a few loads of laundry, the self clean mode illuminates to remind you to clean it and it is as simple as pushing a button to start. There is a timer countdown for each load of laundry and it sings a little jingle after the laundry is done. Inside the washing machine is a drawer that slides out that holds your softener and detergent, making it super easy to dispense. My clothes come out extra clean and smell amazing. Overall I am in love with this washing machine and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new washer.

This washing machine is amazing. It replaced our 15 year old machine. It was like going into the future. It is nice and quiet. It uses less water than our previous washer. It has a view window (which the kids love). It can determine the amount inside which makes it more efficient. A very nice machine. I have used the many different cycles from heavy to light to spin and rinse. All of them are great!. The washing machine holds two full laundry baskets, it is really massive. When thinking about my old washer, I can not believe we used such a model. This is far superior in capacity, sound, cleaning , and water usage. By far the best feature is that it can sense how large of a load is in the machine. I use it every single time. It makes washing clothes easier. It is nice to see through the top to see how things are going as well.

my experience with this washing machine and the samsung customer service has been terrible. it took 3 weeks longer than i was told to receive the washing machine. after 4 months, the machine will not finish the rinse/spin cycle. the tech came out today and diagnosed a broken actuator and clutch. he said that the motor in these machines is not big enough. i have yet to get someone in customer service who is willing to help me. i just want my money back so that i can get a new washing machine. i have been washing my laundry by hand for almost 3 weeks now - and i have 4 young children. furthermore, my husband works in a federal prison so i need to do frequent laundry to decrease our risk of illness and infection. i would never buy another product from samsung.

Samsung 4.4 cu. ft top load washer with active wave agitator really cleans your clothes. The only thing that was funny was that my wife is short and she can’t reach all the way in to get the clothes that are washed, she has to use a stool. We love this washer, it chimes when done washing. Has many options on it and self cleans when put on the proper cycle. It lets you know when it’s recommended to do a clean. So be sure you have a hot water hook up, cause it will not work for those who don’t ,to only do the cleaning cycle. It holds a large amount of clothes , so we are able to get our laundry done quicker. The count down timer is awesome, cause I can plan to do something and come back in time to put it in the dryer when done.
