I bought this June 2022 when I bought my first home. It has worked great up until three weeks ago when it flooded my entire downstairs. The sensor that is supposed to stop the water just stopped working. Had I not been home my Well would be dryed up and my entire downstairs would need new walls. I had recently started putting a new floor down which will now have to be ripped up so I can make sure it is dry underneath and no mold forms. LG said there was nothing they could do about that. I waited almost a week for my appointment in which he told me I needed a new part replaced. Then waited for the part for a few days and had to schedule a second appointment. It is now fixed but honestly after owning for just shy of a year Im disappointed in the machine and the lack of care about what it did to my downstairs.

Needed to replace existing washing machine as we had to have repairs to it several times. While reviewing the different manufacturers LG came to the forefront. Once installed we immediately noticed the quite operation throughout the entire washing process. I will be recommending LG to all my friends and relatives.
