We have only had this washer for a month but so far like how it cleans has some interesting features trying to get used to. Iam gong to say alls good so far.

Machine works very well. The cycle times are longer than in our old washer but it seems to do a good job. I also like that its pretty quiet. I wish Id bought the model that can signal your phone when the cycle is completed. Would be a cool feature and might be worth the extra cost.

I bought this washer and in the first week I had a few error codes. Then I received a PE error code which stops the washer and needs a tech to fix it. Multiple calls to both Lowes and LG they finally sent me a part. Then they said the appointment has been made for a tech to come up but didnt tell me when. Now I need to call them back to figure this out. My entire kitchen is LG and my TV. I have never had these problems with a brand new machine.

I owned an LG washer for 13 years it finally went out. I bought this model the first one washed one time and then it wouldnt spin anymore. They brought me another one the second one had water coming out the back hose. both washers were defective. Now I have no washer.
