This dryer is a little over a year old. If constantly is stopping when the automatic settings are used. It is constantly giving an error code to clean the filter and turning off when no lint is in the filter. Ive checked the dryer vent from top to bottom. There are no obstructions. I love LG products but am completely disappointed in this dryer

Used washer and dryer a few times and still baffled by the washer. The impeller technology cleans the clothes but when one watches it its hard to figure how it works. Still mystified on how to override default settings.

This model works even better than the LG that it replaced. The Deep Wash provides the perfect amount of water for our everyday wash and the bedding cycle is great as well. Ill be pleased if it lasts as long as our last LG washer.

Now that I finally got it hooked up the correct way installed incorrectly Lowes the washer and dryer works great I am very satisfied with customer service reps of Lg who helped navigate the smart appliances. Customer service reps at LG give me the right solution to my problem to explain to Lowes what was occurring. Thanks especially to Jay Jay and Maria who returned my callas as promise.
